Free shipping on orders over €99 / $177.
We offer international shipping to multiple regions. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Return
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
As our products are personal ritual tools, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shortwhisk.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please send us the request via the form within 14 days of delivery, or contact us directly at contact@shortwhisk.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note that some products may not be eligible for legally permitted returns, including custom-made products, personalised products, products sealed for hygiene reasons and opened after delivery, or products exempted under applicable regulations.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.
