We offer international shipping to multiple regions. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us. We will assist you as soon as possible.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

As our products are personal ritual tools, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
